    Not as expected

    Came with no instructions. I tried to find them online. Direct from site, I printed them. They were not for the correct item. Finally found a video. While trying to put it together, 4 holes were not drilled all the way through. Thank God my husband had the correct drill bits. I have never had so many issues with any furniture ive ordered before. I ordered the white one also and I'm thinking about just sending it back. Total pain in the neck!

    Cute but VERY wobbly/DO NOT HANG IT

    Likes: rich black color & arrive unscathed Dislikes: I purchased this item for $69 (sale). Not my first (buildable) so I feel it is overpriced. $50 or less would match the quality. Despite its intention of being “mountable”, there’s no way it could withstand that position. It must remain on a solid surface or floor. Once assembled (I went the extra and even glued the dowels) it has zero integrity side to side (it wiggles A LOT). The instructions are mere blurry photos so if you are unfamiliar with modular construction, this item may make you tense. Surprisingly, the doors have self-closing hinges (the most integrity of the piece). It will serve its purpose; however, “cuteness” does not equate to function/strength and this piece just “looks good”.

    IMPORTANT TO KNOW

    My review putting together: 7or 8/10 (10 being easy to put together 1 being hard) the manual has no wording which would've helped a tad bit and when you first see all pieces it looked overwhelming , as you go it's not hard. just making sure your not putting pieces facing the wrong way was a problem twice for me but that could just be a me problem Mounting: I saw a review showing and stating that it's too heavy to stay on wall and that it was falling off. You can't just drill it into dry wall, the anchors need to be drilled into the beams behind the drywall. Otherwise the nails/screws are just gonna slip out of the wall when u mount it because of the weight. And if the beams in your wall don't line up with where the anchors need to be, then you can drill a plank of wood into the beams first then screw the anchors into the wood. overall, nice look, sturdy material, comes with covers for the inside of the cabinets to cover the screw holes. doors close slowly which is nice. but more involved than i thought.

    Perfect for Small Spaces

    I live in a class A motorhome, so space is an issue. I am also a full-time editor, so I need access to my books for reference. Yes… Paper books… They still exist. This cabinet was the perfect size for my living room. It supports my fireplace, electronics in the closed doors and books on each end with plenty of space for extra books to be stored in the back of the shelf. It was easy to assemble, but I do recommend using a heavy duty liquid nails when you assemble it if you plan on filling it with books like I did. Great value and beautiful addition to my living room.

    Used this above my desk for extra storage and definitely does the job, although it does not allow for larger books or binders. Reinforced with brackets for extra support. Easy to assemble. Very happy with the purchase

    Easy to put together

    This shelf height can hold bottled water inside the shelving. It can hold a 8x10 spiral notebook laying flat or propped up sideways in the shelves. I put my shelf on four legs. Add glue when you put it together. Happy customer! I would recommend this item.

    Nice looking wall mount cabinet

    I received the item after a few days. It was easy to assemble and it looks good on the wall in my living room. I use it to store the music tapes, CD's and some other things. I like it and would recommend it to everyone.

    Great for a home office - no screw covers included.

    I really like this for my home office, but it didn't come with screw hole covers which really bothers me as there are multiple screw holes and you can visibly see the silver screws throughout the whole piece (side and bottoms) which makes it look cheap. I ended up buying my own to solve this but I shouldn't have had to do that. They should just be included, therefore I'm knocking a star off.
