Flying Embers was born in Ojai, California during a massive wildfire that threatened our homes and brewery. A single ember could have been the end, but for us it was the beginning. Flying Embers supports the Embers Foundation, a 501c3 that works to support first responders, communities, and surrounding habitats in the wildland-urban interface. i’ve tried a couple hard kombucha brands now so far this one is my favorite, over boochcraft. not artificial tasting and not heavy on the stomach like some sugary seltzers can be i’d give it a solid 9/10.

SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS!

I love this product! It has all the things i'm looking for to keep up with my lifestyle: no carbs, no sugars, gluten free and actually organic (some aren't)! Not to mention it actually tastes like a mimosa. I bring this to play volleyball with friends, have one on the beach after work and pretty much always have my fridge stocked with them. These are SO good. I tried the orange passion mimosa and the mixed flavor pack and all are so delicious. A tiny bit sweet, really bubbly, and that delicious kombucha tart fruit thing going on. My new favorite.
