Piece of junk, not even charging out of the box, have to return it

Ordered this model displayed here & in fact got the lesser model instead like other reviews have stated. After waiting this long for the package for my sons Bday, I will now have to send this one back and get the correct one hopefully if not I'm buying from Amazon! Sorry I couldn't review this item as I was not sent the correct model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After riding all over my neighborhood in my youth on a push power skateboard, I have shown the youngsters I can still do some sidewalk (or parking lot) cruising. This is really easy to control and hits a good cruising speed of 12.5 miles per hour. I am just using this for joy riding. I think the hills around me are too steep for me to use this as a method of travel. It comes in a small yet powerful package. The remote is easy to use and the breaking is quite effective. The 72mm wheels provide a smooth and stable ride.

The raised tail makes it extremely easy to apply brakes manually. The skateboard is powered by 350-Watt Hub motors which allows you to ride for 11 kilometers once it is fully charged.

The motor provides more than enough power to get around at a reasonable speed and the battery covers 7 miles which is more than enough for my needs—I can get to work and back with a single charge. The form factor is amazing given the performance. The board is compact which helps keep the weight down and the size of the deck is good for normal use. That said, those with larger feet might want something wider. The motor is tucked neatly into one wheel which keeps it sleek. The controller has a ton of functionality and conveys a lot of information through just lights and vibration. It takes a bit of time to learn the different signals, but once you’ve taken a couple spins, you’ll have it down.

Very easy to pair and set up with the wireless intelligent controller. Easily toggle between beginner (slow) and expert (fast) modes. I really like the smooth transition from speeding up and braking on the controller. From looks alone you can’t even tell that this skateboard has a battery and motor on it. Absolutely love the sleek and compact design. Super portable to take on the go. Speeds can reach up to 12.5 mph and can travel up to 7 miles on a charge. Highly recommend!! I’m very happy and impressed with this skateboard and the smooth speedy end results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Al in all this skateboard is a lot of fun! Once you get used to it at lower speeds you can really zoom around. The setup was a bit difficult. It took along time to get the remote to pair with the skateboard. We looked at trouble shooting and it didn’t say anything that would have been helpful for pairing. But after many try’s we got it figured out. I will be gifting this to my teenage granddaughter because I feel it’s more for her age.

This board goes 12 miles an hour and stays charged for up to 7 hours. That's awesome. It's super easy to stand on and easy to ride. It arrived already assembled. Another plus. My son is a Skateboarder and he took the board to our local skate park and he was stoked. Smooth ride, sleek design, durable. You can't go wrong with this product. Great gift idea. I highly recommend.
