I have bought two of these heated bowls over several years and also ordered extra insert bowls. I bought the extra bowl and insert bowls to trade dirty for clean especially when the weather gets bad and/or the outside cats are messy.These bowls have continued to work year after year with no issues even through very bad conditions. I have also bought two of the K & H Pet feeding stations which I am very happy with too.

This product works really well in Michigan winter. We've had temps in the 20's already and the water even feels close to room temperature. I put the cafe in an insulated shelter. The wet food I put out for the neighborhood strays does too! Makes me feel good to know they are getting a meal that isn't cold on their stomachs.

I needed to order replacement bowls after only a couple weeks use. In the Q & A for the product it says it will not hurt to let the water evaporate. I left water in for a few days in the garage and the bowls were both rusted above the water line so obviously you need to clean and refill the bowls on daily basis. Now I have to order replacement bowels due to an inferior product and incorrect information

Love this product it was just what I needed. Wish there was also a single water bowl version I can’t find a smal removable stainless dish heated water bowl

This kit is amazingly reliable... I forgot to bring it inside during the "polar vortex" we recently experienced in eastern Canada and it managed to survive the -48 Celsius temps and evil arctic winds we had for 2.5 days! I honestly expected it to break under those conditions and was so happy to discover it's still working perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone!

The bowls need to be bigger or the small one needs to be the same size as the larger one. I have two ferals that eat out of it.

I love this idea of heated 2 bowls but the temperature is too hot. I am in Wisconsin and it gets cold at night but the wet cat food is cooked and totally dried up to solid un-eatable pieces by morning plus water is overly hot. Heating element needs to be a little cooler. I still like this product

We rescued a starving stray kitten this past summer, she likes being outside and doesn't want to be confined to garage or house. I bought the warming food bowl and the heated cat houses, put a house on enclosed porch and garage add on. She uses all of it all and I know shes eating warm food and staying warm in her little houses. Great products and highly recommend!!

100% recommend! Used one of these for about 3 years outside on covered porch for multiple stray/feral cats. The plastic base eventually cracked but still worked just fine. I later donated it to an animal rescuer. Just bought 2 more in 2021. 1 for me, 1 for neighbor and she loves it too. Keeps water at an indoor room temperature so kitties have fresh unfrozen water all winter. 100% recommend!

Bought this for feral cats and they are so happy to have fresh water and warm food as temps drop below freezing. Have covered swing with two tarps added a heater and this dish under their "tent" and they stay warm and enjoy a good meal. So glad you carried this item. Dishes clean up nicely.

I just received my thermal kitty bowls and unfortunately there is a horrendous smell emitting from the product. Does the smell of burnt plastic go away? The feral cat I ordered this for will not eat the food because it smells acrid. The temperature here is minus 30 Celsius and the wet food is burning. I would like to find out how to fix these issues before returning the product. Any recommendations?

we have 2 kitty cafes so our 2 outdoor cats have nourishment while we can't be at home. It keeps the food and water from freezing (we're in the Chicago area) as promised. I highly recommend this product. The quality is what you expect from K&H. it is easy to clean and well made.

I used this indoors (my home gets chilly & my 18 year old cat wasn’t liking cold water)! She loved drinking the warm water from these bowls! I’m so glad I got them!!

This product works as advertised. Keeps the food warm and the water from freezing in near zero weather. It's good not to have to keep changing water bowls for my cat when he is on our screened in porch at night in the winter time.

This is my third purchase of these fantastic bowls as my feral colony has grown with a few new strays. These bowls are fantastic, they keep the food at a perfect temp regardless of the temperature outside. They are easy to clean and built to last. I really love that I can just go out and gather the stainless steel bowls, clean them and refill them without having to unplug the whole unit. I can now feed my crew without worrying about their favorite grub getting frozen if they are late at feeding time. It makes me feel better that they are getting warm food when they need it most. K & H is my favorite brand when it comes to keeping my kitties comfy and warm.

I have had one of these for several years (still working fine) and just bought a second one. The temperature this winter has frequently been -5 to -10 degrees Farenheit, with a wind chill between -15 and -25 degrees. The canned food I put out for the local feral cats stays soft and warm enough to eat for hours, even in these colds temps. The water remains liquid and at a drinkable temperature 24/7. If you have animals you must feed outdoors, I highly recommend the Thermo-Kitty Café.
