No hay repuestos

Lo compré hace 3 años, perdí el adaptador para conectarlo hace 2 años, estuve tratando de comunicarme varias veces para comprar uno y no me resolvieron, decían que estaban muy ocupados, que intentara después, etc. Deberían ponerle un enchufe estándar o por lo menos vender repuestos. Muy bonito pero el servicio a cliente deja mucho que desear, estas año se quedó guardado por que no tiene sentido ponerlo si no puedo prenderlo

Beautiful Little Tree, Poorly Designed & LOUD

Beautiful tree, but the motor is very loud and the angel is is way too heavy for it to work properly. If you use the angel, the motor sound intensifies, and then the angel begins to move up out of the star. This causes you to have to adjust the angel at least once an hour. If you leave it be, the sound is beyond annoying. And you have no way of disengaging the motor and just have the beautifully lit Christmas tree either. It’s all or nothing. Additionally, I’m noticing that as the angel it pulls on the star, the star is now starting to move/become loosened at the top. It’s a nice idea, but the motor and angel needs to be redesigned for it to work as intended. No one wants to listen to mechanical whining when looking at their ceramic Christmas tree.

Disappointed

The angel does not go around the tree smoothly. I had a tree with Santa in a sleigh and it worked fine.

Returned the xmass tree

The tree was beautiful. The motor for the tree got very loud in-less than a week. The angel’s face was very poorly detailed. The peace sign had a rod coming out of the angels butt and not look nice. I the light in motors were not connected to the tree at the bottom so went to pick up the tree the inside was falling out.
