Beautiful but doesn’t work
It is a beautiful item but it worked one season and now it will not turn. The lights and music do. I didn’t think to write to you but it is so beautiful that I really want it to work. I bought it as an heirloom piece. Please advise.

Gorgeous Heirloom Carousel
This is an amazing carousel with beautiful colors and great detail. The lighting moves to the music and the carousel horses move up and down. It is large and may replace my tree surrounded by presents. Thank you for this beautiful piece which will be passed down from generation to generation.

Absolutely Enchanting
This carousel has 3 different light settings and our favorite pulses to the music, constantly changing with the 20 songs built into the realistic sounding the music box. The reindeer move up and down as it rotates and are detailed with gradient shaded paint just like real reindeer.

Carousel issues
We were looking forward to showcasing the deluxe Christmas Carousel in our entrance to our home but to our disappointment, the carousel didn't turn. The lights went on, the music played but the carousel didn't turn. We are so disappointed.

Magical

Our Christmas Carousel 2024
I received the product very fast from Mr. Christmas. I opened the box with my wife, and it was a large box. When we took it out of the box after unpacking it from all the foam and cardboard, we were just amazed. We could not believe what we were seeing. It was such a thing of beauty the carousel. We plugged it in right away to see all the lights and the music come on. We both sat there with tears in our eyes listening and watching the carousel. I wish I would have gotten this carousel when I was a little boy, but in my time this would have been for rich family's. Please Mr. Christmas continue making products like this so that we all can have those long ago Christmas's with our families.
