Q: Are the cautions water proof

  • A: No they are not. I have other patio furniture by the same brand and we put them away if it's going to rain. The cushions do dry out fast in the sun though. You could waterproof them yourself

Swing OK, chains were waaaaay too short.

We liked the look, the cushions were not very robust, but the deal breaker was the chains. We had two ten foot chains. Our top of our patio was 9 feet and if we used the chains as directed the swing was 5 feet off the ground. Needless to say this was not acceptable, but after the rigors of assembly I ordered a set of porch swing (standard size) and they worked perfectly. Only problem was is we were out $42 on a $100 item. That is less than ideal and is my policy I always review items if they are good or bad to help others. I see the other good reviews and mine may have been an outlier, but the fact is that when you spend 40% of the purchase price on parts to make an item work you feel burned.

Nice swing. Sturdy. Not easy to assemble- the directions were not specific enough. I had to take an arm back off after I got it on. The screws are in difficult to reach places. But looks nice now that it’s hung.

Easy to put together, fairly lightweight

This was an easy build and it was delivered quickly. I was able to move the box by myself (38 y.o. female) as well as put it together in under an hour. It would have been quicker but the Allen wrench had some tight turns and it took a while to get all of the screws tight. All in all I'm pleased with my purchase and it looks great on out front porch. Can't wait to see how it holds up over time.

I love the suspension design and the comfort it brings!

Easy to assemble, very good quality swing, and absolute sturdiness are all I have to worry about, and I sit on them for naps with my kids. Sometimes I worry about whether it will get dirty easily, other than that I think there is no other reason not to like it.
