I am very disappointed on the quality of the two sleds that I bought from this company. They arrived in a cardboard box that was put together. Well it was pieces of cardboard that were taped together. One sled came in a plastic bag. The other one did not, and most importantly they are both damaged. They have several scratches on them and look as though they've been used. I tried to returnthem to target but they could not take them back because it was past the 30 days and I expressed my disappointment due to the fact they were damaged. I feel as though the company that sent these to me should be held responsible for the way they were shipped as well as the damaged items.
