Pentax Papilio II 6.5x21 Porro Prism Binoculars

I own a couple of other pairs of binoculars. I bought these specifically because they are able to focus at short distances (around 3 feet). This feature, alone, makes them excellent for close-up viewing of flowers, insects, and even checking the shoreline for partially hidden pieces of beach glass. Additionally, they also can focus to infinity with a bright and clear wide field of view, which is great for sporting events. The eye relief is easily adjusted and offers comfortable viewing while wearing glasses. And on top of all this, they are the only pair of binoculars that I can wear for hours due to their small size and very light weight. They have quickly become my favorite pair of binoculars.
