Description

Roasted chestnuts are typically pictured over coals or popping in an iron pan in gas cooker or even the oven. Sasa Demarle crafted the Chestnuts Flexipan executing the feel and appearance of roasted chestnuts. A full sized pan measures 18" x 26" making 24 indents. Each indent is 2.51" x 2.51" with a 2.2 oz. capacity. This is a great size for commercial and residential bakeries. Use our Flexipan for countless goodies and desserts. Constructed out of food grade silicone and fiber glass this product bakes, freezes, cleans and stores easily. Silicone has non-stick properties and is temperature resistant between -40 F to 500 F allowing the mold to be used in a variety of way.
