A: Hi yes, you can use an LED bulb with this design. If you are planning on using the light with a dimmer, just make sure your LED bulb is dimmable and that your dimmer is LED rated. Thank you for the question.

Q: Can this be mounted on a wall, instead of the ceiling? Is it hardwired?

A: Hi - this is a hardwired design that is controlled from a wall switch and is installed into a ceiling junction box. We suppose you could install it on a wall, as long as there is a junction box in the wall where you want to place it.

Well, Made Attractive Fixture
This is a well-made fixture that met my requirements perfectly. It is large enough to accommodate an LED A type lamp (conventional light bulb size). Easy installation and came with a variety of mounting hardware.

Nice Fixture, Allows bulb choice.
This is a nice looking fixture. The cover is removable by turning it to the correct position away from the tabs, i.e. there are no screws holding it in, which is good. I installed an 800 lumen LED bulb that is bright enough for the small bathroom. I wasn't sure how much light was going to be needed, so I picked this fixture because it allowed me to install my own bulb. It came with a layer of fiberglass insulation that I removed, because it wasn't needed and it was easier to install without it. The instructions are not much help, so plan to figure out on your own how to mate the screws up with your ceiling outlet box.

The fixture hides in the ceiling....not the least overpowering. Is perfect for anywhere one would want lighting without having a noticeable fixture...like closets, hallways, etc.Pros: Attractive Design, Great Value, Diffused Light

This light is perfect for my laundry closet, considering the price, the white finish (which blends into the white ceiling), the low heighth (I have some items stored on a shelf in my laundry closet), and the low wattage (100 watts--perfect for a laundry closet). It's not fancy, but who needs fancy in a laundry closet!Pros: Low Heighth, Low wattage, White Finish, Great Value, Attractive Design

Want an inconspicuous ceiling fixture?
We don't like ceiling fixtures outside the kitchen, but needed one for a room without switched outlets, to satisfy the electrical code. This one is inexpensive and almost "disappears" into the ceiling when off. Easy to install.Pros: Attractive Design, Modest price
