Yes, I would recommend this product.

I take this product to boost my mental and physical strength. It has been assisting with this effort for many years. I take only one capsule every six days.

It works

I've been using ginkgo for years, mostly from Swanson, and it does help blood flow, including to the brain. It's one of the supplements I use always, not intermittently. I read a study that concluded some of its health benefits are lost once you stop taking it. (Not true of all supplements, which can be taken intermittently or periodically as needed.)

Important supplement

Doctor's Best Extra Strength ginkgo has helped me tremendously with my dizziness. Their ginkgo contains less than 5 ppm of ginkgolic acid which is an allergen. Swanson's has the best price that I could find.

Extra strength formulation is great

I had been taking the Swanson brand and would have stuck to it but I came across this extra strength formulation and I am now sold on using it. It is more convenient to pop fewer pills since I am on 6 different supplements and it just feels better to take fewer pills to get the right dosing.
