Incomplete Order with No Resolution
I ordered this couch expecting a complete product, but only one part of it was delivered—the main frame was completely missing. What’s worse is that Target’s customer service has been no help at all. I’ve been bounced between reps, received different answers from each one, and was even told I’d need to return the item to get help… how do you return something you never received? This is one item, not two, so it makes no sense that only part was delivered and the rest is “possibly coming” with no tracking or confirmation. I’ve been left without a functioning couch and no real resolution. Extremely disappointing experience.

Sturdy but not comfortable
The couch is very sturdy, and I enjoyed that the arms could go down to make it into a chaise/daybed. I didn't like how this the cushions were though, and the arms aren't tall enough to recline comfortable against.;
