As a newly minted reiki healer, I'm so appreciative of the helpful illustrations in this book that make it easy to know what to do and when. I also appreciated that the illustrations are diverse in their representation of age, ethnicities, cultures, which is subtle but so powerful to see.

This book is a great resource for leaning about the art of Reiki. The hand positions are very clear and easy to follow. I was able to practice the movements at home on my wife while learning about the different topics. For people interested in learning more about hand position symbols and treatment sequences this book is a must!!

I loved this book! I have always been a believer of energy healing but could never ground myself to meditate. It wasn't until I received my first Reiki session with Hae, that i understood the magic and power of it all. I CRIED, not because of sadness but because i felt relaxed and calm. So you better believe I bought this book IMMEDIATELY when it was available for me to preorder. It was such an easy read and helped me create a safe space for me to get in touch with the power we hold in ourselves. I loved this book! I really enjoy coming across this book. Straight forward and clear illustrations, explanations and sequences. Easy to read and informative. Definitely recommend!
