Stems and water only
Well that's another product I'll never buy again. Like others have said, this is mostly stems (some too tough to be edible) in a watery yellow "sauce" that doesn't even vaguely resemble cheese. Brand quality has gone way down, not even worth buying on a BOGO anymore.

“Cheese” sauce?
I’ve eaten this since I was a kid. I always liked it before it was a steam bag. It has no flavor now and the “cheese sauce” looks like slightly off color water. It definitely doesn’t taste like cheese or even close to it (and I’m not picky). Also, some stems were too woody to eat.

Extremely disappointing
Bag is almost impossible to open - tear here" is imposisble. Needed scissors to get open,even then package did not cooperate and most of any cheese stayed inside. As far as servings - child size would be the best description!

Misleading
The bag is misleading. It says a serving is 1 1/2 cups, 2.5 servings in a bag. I measured it out my bag had only 1 1/4 cups in it! That is a big difference. Birds Eye is raising prices and cheating people out of servings. Pityful!

No cheese sauce
Just bought this yesterday and made it today. There was no cheese sauce and 90% of the broccoli were stems instead of florets.

Great Taste
We love Birds Eye Cheesy Broccoli at our house. Although it comes frozen, it always tastes fresh and never soggy. The package does tend to leak a little when you pull others out of the microwave, so just be careful, but that's the only downfall.

We have bought Birds Eye Cheesy Broccoli for several years with no complaints. This package was full of stems and few florets. Even the small stems were very hard and tough. Very disappointed in Birds Eye.

I'm well aware you can put your own cheese on broccoli... but putting a can of cheesy broccoli soup on your broccoli florets is wasteful considering you usually don't use the whole can, and the same goes for using Velveeta on it. I love broccoli, but not everyone in my house agrees... that said, everybody eats this because it's got cheese on it. It's worth it to me to buy cheesy broccoli in the bag rather than to have leftover ingredients that go bad if I make it from scratch...
