Crunchy stiff shirt that came with a stain

this shirt looks cute but it is so stiff and crunchy and gets worse after washing. it also had a stain on the sleeve but we didn't have time to return before our Disney trip. I didn't realize at first that target uses 3rd parties. I wouldn't reccomend.
