With the pandemic I can no longer go to the gym. Wanting to keep up my workouts I have put together a home gym. Everything was simple except barbells. I don't have much room and large weights made the usual barbells cumbersome and not practical. I then found the Synergee barbells and it was like an answer from the Mount. The small diameter of the weights allows the tool to be stored convienently but yet maintain the balance and resistance of larger disc weights. The bar is full length and I get the same burn from it as from the gym weights. It's high quality pro equipment, not cheapo imported stuff. I am completely honest when I say the Synergy barbell set has transformed my home workouts. Worth every penny.
