These are delicious and are gluten reduced as a normal beer
A traditional IPA that has had a protein put in to remoce haze in the beer. This protein while eating the haze, which is caused by gluten, is eliminated and this beer tests out below the ppm required to be gluten free. The FDA won't call it gluten free because it is derived from wheat. As a celiac, I can drink this and enjoy a normal beer without getting sick. I love it!!!
