    Potent garlic

    In order to get the most from garlic powder, you must allow 5-10 minutes of rehydration in water. Unfortunately, most garlic powders will not 'revive' to taste like fresh crushed garlic. The frontier coop garlic powder will be the closest to fresh. It is also organic and a trusted brand.

    Caution: addiction potential

    have been using this for over a year now and will never go back to regular store bought garlic. Organic garlic has a very faint sweet background flavor and seriously enhances all Italian dishes, along with organic basil, bon appetite

    GREAT PRODUCT!

    I've been using Organic Granulated Garlic from Frontier Coop for a number of years and would not be without it. I use it in just about everything I make. The granules are better than garlic powder since they don't produce a powdery mess. The quality of all Frontier products that I use is excellent. First started buying these products from Whole Foods, but when I discovered them on line at considerable savings, I was in. Thanks Frontier, and thanks Swanson for making them so readily available.

    Robust Flavor

    This granulated garlic is quite strong and comes very close to raw garlic. It tastes great and has the typical aroma of fresh garlic. I am pleased with it and will buy more.Even though fresh, organic garlic is better, this is much more convenient . Anyways, finding organic fresh garlic is hard to find. I would give this product a try if you love garlic.
