eplacement Instead of Return Hello, I recently purchased a sofa from Target online. While the delivery was on time, all of the back cushions arrived completely flattened and defective. This clearly reflects a quality issue. I contacted customer service and was instructed to return the entire sofa. Unfortunately, this is not a reasonable solution for me. The sofa was delivered to a second floor and has already been fully assembled. I do not have the physical ability or the help necessary to disassemble and carry this large item back for return. Given that the issue is only with the back cushions, I am requesting a replacement of the defective cushions instead of returning the entire sofa. This would be the most practical and fair resolution. I am very disappointed with the quality of this purchase and hope Target will make this right without placing an unrealistic burden on the customer.
