I can actually feel the difference when I take this. I take one in the morning one in the evening. The only hassle is taking on empty stomach. Plus they are kinda large.

One of my favourites
Now brand is usually the best choice for suppliments and this one is no different. I feel that extra pump during my day and it has great bonus effects when used with arginine. If you are going to suppliment citruline is a must unless you like eating water melon rinds.
