A diet product that actually works?
Wow. So very rarely does a diet product do all that it claims. It keeps you regular, fills you up and is easy to take. It encourages me to drink enough water (64 oz) and does the trick to kill my 4:00 ravaging hunger.

This is an excellent price and product. If you need a little boost with your gut, this is just the ticket! It is a bulking agent without any gastrointestinal distress. Just be sure to take with a full glass of water. It also aids in curbing your appetite if you take it BEFORE eating as it makes you get that satisfied feeling much earlier!

The Truth about this Product
I use this Product because I have used others, and the results out number all other products. I take the capsules apart and mix it in my brink, and stir until it starts to thicken then brink it. Plus I workout to help the effect I'm looking for. I would not use another product because I researched, then found this product as an alternative to other products that can damage your system.

This product does make you feel full when you take it, but the problem I have is that it wears off during the day, but it only says take 3 capsuls per day

Effective product!
Excellent for regularity, detox and a great "side effect" is satiation and weight loss! Taking 3 before meals was too much for me! Went to 2 before meals and didn't feel so "stuffed" yet it still curbed my appetite. Lost a few pounds. Great product..............
