Keeps me regular
It works very well - I have already increased the dosage and I get good results. It can cause a gassy stomach at times - but it is helpful to keep me regular.

Inulin
I've been taking Inulin for several months & I cant tell any difference but I know its doing my body & specifically my colon a lot of good from all the research I've done. Some things dont necessarily work overnight & I'm willing to continue to take this product faithfully for my own health. I'm very glad I discovered it & Swanson had the best price of anywhere I looked.

Great value. However one of the packages did not have a foil seal. I discarded it but even than it was still a good deal and bought a few months worth. So long as I don’t have the same issue with the next one I open I will stock up again.

The Best Inulin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is far better than the chicory root inulin, plus it is organic. This is an excellent prebiotic. I add a teaspoon to my juice in the morning. Stir it in, wait a minute, then stir again. It completely dissolves.

Great Product

Best inulin
Have tried almost every inulin product, this one provides high quality at an excellent price. Inulin is a fiber that helps my digestion and intestinal tract unlike anything else. I add it to my coffee and to smoothies.
