Since I started taking melatonin I have been sleeping longer and deeper and waking up more rested and refreshed. I love this Source Naturals lozenge and how fast it dissolves under my tongue . It works for me.

Melatonin has helped me to sleep better for quite some time now. But I never remembered to take it a few minutes before going to bed so it would take a while for me to get to sleep. By adding the Sublingual kind I go to sleep right away and sleep better and longer.

this is perfect for my older teen who has periodic sleep problems. it's low dose and since she can't swallow large pills the dissolvable is perfect. I wanted lowest dose and dissolvable, only found it here.

Great 4 Sleep Ease
I saw a Melatonin expert on Dr Oz and his advice was that ONLY 1 Mg per night was all that was necessary. I was using a 3 Mg pill and still had trouble getting and staying asleep. I could not find same anywhere I went and I went to Wegman's, Walmart, Costco, et al and finally tried Swanson after my daughter sent me a bottle of these 1 Mg sub-linguals. They were the best for me and my nightly rest.

Effective & Flexible
A pretty good option for Melatonin. Why is this a good option? -- Flexibility. If I need more, I can take more. If I wake up after taking 2 mg at bedtime,I take another 1 mg when I wake up, but only up to some reasonable dosage. I stop at 5 mg.

The 1mg is useful to find out how much melatonin you need. I also use it when I wake up in the middle of the night, I'll take one. It works fast. Or what I do is; I take a 3mg time released or from Natrol or Swanson, plus 1 Sublingual Peppermint. The taste is very good and it dissolves fast.

Good product if taken early in the evening. If you ignore the sleepy feelings, the ability to sleep will pass by and you'll stay awake. But when you do get to sleep, you wake up feeling really rested. With the low dose, there's no hangover at all.

It worked!
It was taking me hours to fall asleep when my PCP suggested I try Melatonin sublingual. I tried it and fell asleep within 1/2 hour and woke up refreshed. I was surprised that it tasted good and no grogginess the next day. Used it regularly for about 3 weeks and stopped. It seems to have done the trick. That was 2 months ago and no problem falling asleep since.
