This serger is easy to use and learn. I owe an older Brother serger which I have used for past 7 years for my professional seamstress projects. This serger has following improvements: accessible fabric cutting blade to be drop to not cut fabric and in general, very easy to thread both loopers using the airflow threader for both needles. Highly recommend this serger.
Love it!

So much easier to thread with the air threader for the loopers and built in needle threader! Stitches great! I had another serger for 45 years and this serger it the cream of the crop!

Did really well in the beginning, now toke it back in because it keeps breaking thread. I am following the classes and doing exactly what is told. But my machine seems have other plans.

This is my first serger and just like when I purchased my Brother sewing machine I thought go big or go home, you will learn it as you go. Well I am so glad that I did! I love this machine. The automatic air threading is a dream come true. I was so intimidated by the regular sergers that you had to hand thread the machine and maybe that's what took me so long to buy one but I am so glad I waited. This machine is so easy to use and change threads.
Finally got it threaded right

Looper threading on my old serger was not an issue - needle threading was a hassle though. I love the air threading but for me the the best part is the automatic needle threader. It is big, especially with the extension table, but it can handle almost anything. My old serger was a Juki MO654 and I loved it. Moving from that to the Airflow300 is like trading my Ford Focus for an F250, it is great but there is a learning curve. REALLY important to know: this machine is threaded a little differently. Instead of threading the right needle first, thread the LEFT needle first. Once I quit assuming it was like my last 2 sergers, I read the directions. Now it has a beautiful stitch.
Poor quality machine with low quality stitch

Timing is awful, so many skipped stitches. It’s noisy and brutally big. Did not like this machine, it’s a lot more money and the machine is exactly the same as the poor quality as other brother overlockers. Disappointed

I’ve only had the machine a few weeks but I love it. The air threading is so easy to use. I don’t mind changing thread colors now.
Worth the wait.

This serger is awesome! I love the air thread capabilities. I do have problems still getting it to thread through the air loopers sometimes. I don't now exactly what I am not doing correctly. Also, the Angela Wolfe class is great. They are not all posted yet, but the ones I have seen have been very good with info to keep for later.
