Arrived broken without a resolution
I bought this excavator and when it arrived, it arrived broken. I contacted customer service and the response was that that pictures I sent were received but they also wanted me to give them a specific part number for the broken piece in order to activate the warranty. I have zero idea what the part number is and responded that as a consumer, I do not know this information and am unsure as to how that responsibility would be on me as the consumer, in order to ‚activate‚ my warranty. Instead, I have an unusable excavator and I'm at a loss as to what the next steps are. I would love a resolution to what is otherwise a very expensive broken toy and an appalling customer service that experience.

Good quality
Assembly was straightforward, directions were clear and accurate and actually included. The wood is pretty good quality and finished well. We expect this to hold up outside very well. We move it under a covered patio when not in use, but don't worry too much when it's out for a few days in a row. The wood itself has a few imperfections, nothing unexpected. There were 2 places where the hole was drilled and wasn't quite cut all the way through. We were able to sand it down easily, but if we didn't have other tools, it would have been annoying. I debated taking a star off for this, but because instructions were good and everything else lined up well, I didn't. For the playing, my 2 year old struggles getting it to move, but gets it and my 4 year old handles it easily. They both love it and I love that it doesn't tip over like some others w even used in the past.

Grandson loves it!
Arrived quickly and son in law said it was easy to assemble. They sat it next to a raised bed with loose dirt and this is what he scoops in and out of. It was for a 3rd birthday and he already has good control over the stick controls and how to scoop up, move and drop the soil. Teaches a lot of coordination and hours of fun!
