Our Irish Breakfast tea pays tribute to the Irish, who are well-known for their love of strong teas. This blend combines teas carefully selected from four distinct regions to give it added body, flavour and strength. The bold taste originates from teas grown in the tropical climate of Assam and the rich, amber colour from teas grown in the fertile terra rossa soil of Kenya. The hardiness from these regions is complemented by the softer and more subtle teas from Indonesia and China to yield a full-bodied tea with a smooth finish.

Disappointed

I buy Twinings teas quite often but this tim of loose tea must have been from the bottom of the barrel. The “leaves” are ground as small as fine salt. I have to make my own tea bag instead of using my very fine tea strainer. Most likely I won’t buy any teas from here again.

Good to find loose leaf tea

It is hard to find loose leaf tea products. I have my own tea bags and like to mix my own tea. I use different herbs but like the tea to have the hint and color of black tea. Earl Grey is a fine tea and this is a good product.

I like my Earl Grey teas stronger than this and with a more potent bergamot flavor. If you like your tea quite mild, you might like this.
