Nice wide brim. Disappointed that the hat is missing half the velcro for the closure and therefore does not close/stay on as a hat. It is unwearable and unfortunately must be returned.

Wish I could return it!
I despise how this visor "closes." There's a very tiny strip of Velcro that sits under the bow in the back. But it only allows about an inch or so if the Velcro to be exposed. Then you have to overlap the other side of the visor under the bow, which is a pain. The Velcro doesn't seem to be very secure, partly due to the very little overlap and I think partly because it's just cheaply made. I also ordered the smaller size as I do have a smaller head. But the dang visor is only big enough to sit on top of my head. It's not sitting low and snug like a ball cap would, so a light breeze would absolutely send this flying. If I could use more of the Velcro and adjust it more the way I thought I could, it would be okay. There's plenty of visor left to fit my head, there's just no Velcro to secure it. I also don't think it's blocking a lot of sun; there are small holes in the weave so it's definitely letting UV through. What a disappointment. I'd return it but I've worn it to the pool; I was excited to use it and didn't bring another hat thinking this was all I needed. So now I'm stuck with it.

Compact and Adjustable
I'm headed on a cruise and wanted to pack a sun hat in my bag. This hat is adjustable with velcro which serves many purposes. With the velcro, I am able to detach it, and roll it to compact size. This way the hat will fit nicely in my suitcase, it will not get crushed and when I am ready to wear it, use the velcro to fit the size of my head. Another thing I like about it is the opening at the top. I am able to pop my ponytail out the back, keeping my head and neck cool.

It's so cute!! I can't wait to wear it to the beach and to play golf this summer.
