Did not receive pre order bonus
I preordered this version specifically from Target because of the Steelbook. I ordered this days before it was set for the early release. I did not get it until Sept 5th. The steelbook was not included. I will not be pre ordering anything from Target again and I will not recommend Target Pre Orders to any friends or family. I spoke to customer service online and they were of no help when I told them the product did not come with the steelbook. They didn't even notify me that this product was not shipping with the steelbook. How unprofessional and ridiculous.

I preordered and still haven’t gotten anything. I know for a fact I’m not getting the preorder bonus or Stealbook which is the only reason I ordered on target

Steelbook came broken and is useless
I ordered specifically from Target for the steelbook and it’s the worst steelbook I’ve ever received. It doesn’t even close… the clasps are nonexistent, so it won’t stay shut. Just falls open with no effort. What’s the point of a steelbook if you can’t even use it?? No point in buying this from Target unless you just want to display it, as it’s functionally useless. I even contacted Target’s CS about it and they wouldn’t replace just the steelbook, so my options were either 1.) Return it to get an exchange, effectively giving up the early access that I paid in part for or 2.) Drive to the 6th closest store nearly 2 hrs away round trip & hope their websites stock was accurate and they’d have it available on hand for me to exchange. Lesson learned, I won’t be doing steelbook preorders from Target again.
