Works great with my phone.

Not as advertized
The gloves were warm, but not as advertised. They didn’t work on a touchscreen phone nor were they completely wool.

We're so sorry to hear about your experience with the loves. There could be a few factors why the touchscreen loves were not working properly when using it with your device. Some potential reasons are 1) device screen sensitivity issues - If your device requires stronger touch input, the gloves may have not registered properly 2) poor contact between the glove and skin - touchscreens work by detecting the electrical conductivity of the skin. If the gloves are too loose or if the fingertips are not making proper contact with the skin, it may not register on the screen 3) If your device has a screen protector - often times screen protectors (like anti-glare or thicker tempered glass protectors, can interfere with touchscreen responsiveness making it difficult for gloves to work properly.
