I love this! I followed the directions and the cheese wasn't oily, the texture wasn't gritty. The cauliflower wasn't firm, but it's imitating regular mac & cheese, not some Birdseye or green giant creation with florets. It's got a really nice flavor thanks to onion and garlic; I always add hot sauce to regular mac and cheese, but I didn't miss it at all with this. Anyone who dislikes the taste of cauliflower probably shouldn't buy, cook and eat cauliflower. I agree that it's pricey, but it's made in Italy, so presumably it's subject to tariffs now - plus most things have jumped in price while shrinking in size. I'll keep buying this, especially when it's on sale.

I generally really like tattooed chef but this was really bad. The cauliflower was died and seems almost raw? It just tasted and cauliflower - the cheese didn’t coat nicely. The texture was awful and hard to eat.

Put it back in the freezer and move on.
Do yourself a favor and pass this up. Not creamy, actually somewhat dry. Cauliflower is diced and doesn't cook up evenly. Flavor is one note...and that note is flat. Somehow it got worse with each bite and I only made it 2 bites in before escorting the entire thing to the trash.

Do not even try this. The cauliflower texture is horrible and mushy and the taste is bad. You would be better off eating plain cauliflower. This is no meal just soggy gross veggies with weird cheese.
