Q: My microscope turns on and then within 2 seconds says goodbye and turns off. I replaced it with two new AAA batteries and it still has the same error. It’s less than a year old, why is it malfunctioning?

Great for Exploration
microscope is great for exploration. My kids love finding new things to look at under the lens. The only downside is that the controls can be a bit finicky at times.
