dont waste your money
I too loved the glasses at one point but unfortunately i’m dealing with the common issues like the glasses won’t turn on unless in the case, and the case won't flash blue. I've tried factory resetting both and nothing helps. shame

Great! when they're working
I bought the Ray Ban Wyfarer, they'reRX lenses . It took over 8 weeks to receive. Enjoyed them for 6 weeks, now all I have are some large cool looking expensive glasses. when I called the Optometrist they are under warranty; but, who knows how long it will take to get another pair. And, I agree with another pister. Trying to contact Ray Ban customer service is a joke, so just chill& go on. I'm not sure if I would recommend because customer service is very important to me. Oh, I will say if you buy from Sunglass Hut they will exchange on the spot if under warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The glasses were packaged very well. Very nice charging case that looks really nice. It was easy to connect to Bluetooth on my phone. Now I can take pictures from my point of view. Though they look a little odd on my face being a tad small. For the people who wear prescription glasses could be challenging. Maybe have that in mind. The glasses are pretty durable.

They look super stylish with that retro cat-eye shape, but what I love most is how practical they are—being able to take photos, listen to music, or use AI hands-free feels so natural. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of these glasses are brilliant. I wore them to the kids sports day and was able to take photos and videos without having a phone in my hand, I could cheer them on, clap & wave! The style & colour isn’t want I would normally go for, which is a good thing to try something new. They were comfy to start with but after wearing them for a few hours they did get quite heavy on the ears. I also liked the transitions lens, real game changer! I just need to figure out how to change the voice of the AI.

Worked for one week and than the case would no longer pair to any device. Called customer service (waited forever) - only to have to fill out a bunch of forms and work on sending back. The Customer Service Rep confirmed this is "a known problem" and that they would get back to me in 15 days. Target - do better! Make brands stand behind these expensive products in a consumer facing way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the ray-ban meta glasses! I have never used anything like this before, but they do a lot. You can take pictures and make videos (3 minutes maximum), which is ideal for taking short videos. You can listen to music, use them for phone calls, and also you can ask meta questions. If you're not used to wearing glasses, then they can feel a bit heavy, but when you continuously wear them, they become more comfortable. The case is very stylish and will fit into your bag, it alao charges your glasses when you put them back into the case. They're we're packaged very well, in the box had a glasses cleaner, instructions on how to set up the AI glasses. The glasses transition from clear into sunglasses which is a nice feature. The only thing I would say about those is I personally would prefer if the transition was darker, it's more like a light tint on a fashion type of glasses more then actual sunglasses but overall I loved the product.

Cooler than I expected!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only do these look nice on, they’re extremely high quality (duh! Ray Ban!), but they’re super helpful and cool! My families favorite use of them so far, was when my husband was cooking steaks and he threw them on to listen to music and would intermittently ask advice on his steaks. It was so neat and honestly more helpful than I expected! Our whole family is really enjoying these and I see how useful they are now that I’ve gotten to use them firsthand. It changed my whole thought process on them! I’m also planning to use these to create content for my church and I think it’s going to create a cool point of view situation! Very happy to have these!

Interesting but not for me…
