Comfortable but difficult to adjust
I really like this chair, it’s incredibly comfortable and exactly what I was looking for - but there are a few issues. First the instructions on how to adjust it are wrong. It says you pull the arms forward to adjust then lock into place - which would be awesome but the arms don’t budge. Each joint needs to be fully flexed to open fully and readjust - and it clicks past where you want it to be way too easily. It’s a little difficult to adjust perfectly and quite loud when it clicks. But I couldn’t find anything else like it, so I still give it 4 stars and am keeping it.

Chair
Chair is hard to get it to lay flat to get chair in the position you want. It's also a little heavy to move for a guy it's no problem. But I'm an old lady & it's hard for me to move. Maybe that's why I have a hard time getting my chair to do what I want. But it is very comfy to sit in.

Not as easy to unfold.
Chair came with instructions that did not match.Figured them out, but we get it to work. Had difficult repositioning the head and leg area. Very slim, with arm rest, so excellentfor a child or small adult. Arrived twice, 1st one was not delivered. Did get a refund.

My Mom loves it
My Mom liked to sit on the floor with her little pups but at 80, I felt bad so I ordered this for her and she loves it. She feels so much more comfortable and the dogs love it to.

Comfortable chair, but a low center of gravity
The chair is pretty comfortable, I'll even occasionally find myself drifting off to sleep at the end of the day if I'm sitting in it, even with the back up. It folds down nicely so it's largely out of the way. The one issue that I have with it would be common to all floor chairs like this one. The center of gravity is pretty low, so it can be somewhat difficult to get into and out of the chair, especially if you've got the leg rest elevated.

My kid loves this
My family adores this chair, originally purchased for my 5-year-old son. While it's a bit lower for adults, it serves wonderfully as a comfortable chair and a compact bed for the kid. It has created a cozy reading nook for my son. The chair is impressively robust and comes with a washable cover. And it's become my dog's go-to spot for relaxation as well. I love this one!

Beyond my expectations!
So comfortable and easy to use. I now prefer this to our couch. I can set it to near 0 gravity (not quite) but it alleviates a lot of my back pain. This comes in handy when watching sports. I use this when doing my home spa treatments/ red light therapy as well.

Floor chair
Very hard to maneuver in to different positions but was quite comfortable. After a couple months it stopped working meaning it wouldn\'t stay in upward position and when you sit in it, it just went down flat.

Malfunctions
The chair would not go into all the positions it was supposed to.
