Know the side effects

Taste great! But there is a side effect that is not talked about. If you take it on an empty stomach, you will feel tingling in your hands and feet. But I do have energy when I work out.

Love it! No clumps when mixing, the powder melts right away. First time using it, let just say that it tastes like I am drinking a normal sweet treat! This preworkout drink gives you a tingling sensation after so if you don't like that then consider buying it. I like the feeling so I love it haha
