Nice appearance

I was able to purchase the W, T, P, B, and would love to find A and N. These are nicely made and looked very attractive. The sale price was fantastic especially considering that it is for a set of two of the ornament. I do hope I am able to find the matching A and N somewhere, someday.

Broken!

I just got these in the mail after waiting a long time which I understand because it’s close to Christmas. I was so excited when opening them. But I found out they ARRIVED BROKEN! I was really relying on this present for someone and now i can’t give it to them because it’s broken. i’m so upset

Order arrived broken

I was looking forward to this order for my granddaughters . . . but both ornaments arrived broken in several pieces . . . which was very disappointing. Your Customer Service, however, was great: issued a credit since I decided I didn't want them replaced. .

Disappointed!

After waiting more than a month for a back order both decorations arrived broken. Not worth the cost of shipping them back so in the trash they went. Now I have to find a substitute as they were to be a gift. And these were just one of the several items on back order so not impressed at all.
