Cute mug with some design flaws

I love bears and wanted to really like this mug. I do like how the design is on both side. The glaze feels nice on my lips and my hands mostly fit in the smooth handle. I think the font is way too small. It’s hard to read. I also think the lights wrapped around the bear are hard to see. So, the design testing was lacking for overall appeal.
