Goopy and sticky
I have 2 Yorkies, one ate it the other one wouldnt touch it. It was real goopy and sticky, I had trouble getting it out of the tube. Its much stickier than peanut butter where i had to wipe it off my fingers with a towel. I dont like negative reviews but i want people to be aware because i was very surprised when i opened the tube.

Am I reading this right? The BEEF fresh dog food has CHICKEN in it?!?! I bought it and feed it to my dogs that are allergic to chicken!!!! I get on this website to then read the fine print of the ingredients! Are you kidding me right now? Back to the farmers dog and spending a fortune on dog food. Atleast I know what I am getting. I think. 🤔

Make the expiration date legible
I opened to feed my dog and the food was very, very dark and hard. No moisture. And then after I decided not to give it to my dog, I layed it on the counter and came back to it and it had split open by itself. Bad purchase

Nasty dog food
This is the nastiest crap I have ever bought to feed a dog. Let's start with the package size. 5 pounds instead of the standard 6 pounds. I can get 4 meals for my dogs out of 6 pounds but inly 3 with a lot left over, for the same price. Then, it is very dense, hard to slice and impossible to break up. I have an old dog that has no teeth. I have to break it up for her, this is so sticky it just binds itself back together and sticks to everything it touches. Then there is the smell. It is not fresh food like the others are, it smells just like they took their canned food, put it in a roll and chilled it. The smell is disgusting. Last I'll ever buy from y'all.

Very sticky like clay and has a weird smell
We have a picky Chiweenie when it comes to eating and he loves Fresh Pet and he did eat the Blue Buffalo Love Made Fresh (Beef Roll) but he wasn't real excited about it. He smelled it and hesitated at first. The consistency of very sticky like clay makes it very difficult to slice it and we compare the vinegary smell to what hot dogs smell like.

Mushy poop
My dogs seem to like it, but it does not mix well with the hard food like other products do. In other words, the fresh food doesn’t grip onto the hard food. It also makes my dogs poop mushy.

Poor consistency
I have been feeding fresh pet for a while and thought I’d try Blue Buffalo because my store was out of the Fresh Pet. Pretty disappointed! The Blue Buffalo was very sticky and difficult to slice. My dogs gave me “the look” like they wondered what they did wrong! I fed it for two days and threw the remainder of the tube away

We have tried different brands of dog food and this is by far the least favorite. Tried to mash it up for the dogs and it won’t mash, it’s like rubber. Very disappointed.

Sudden split
My dogs won't eat it , the loaf in the fridge suddenly split down the middle. Looks nasty , anybody else have this happen. Just cut one feeding from it . Think we will stay with fresh pet.

Blue quality but cannot use it for my dogs
Wow it's made by blue so I trust it is good, this recipe is very Pasty and sticky. I will not be able to use it because I have Senior Dogs that are missing teeth and this food sticks to the roofs of their mouth.

New food is not good
Dog food smells terrible and none of my 3 dogs will eat it. My dogs have been on fresh pet for years now. Fresh Pet looks and smells like real food. The blue buffalo has a terrible smell and texture to it. I have 3 dogs and they would not touch it.

BAD TASTE .

My Pups Love It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My big prince absolutely loved the nutritious Love Made Fresh™ Adult Dog Beef Recipe with Carrots and Peas. We used it as a topper on his crunchies and he didn't want his crunchies, just the beef food. Our little princess is a bit more picky when it comes to beef food, but even she liked it. I'd definitely recommend this food to every pup parent!
