Beware of Target "Rules"

Beware. We ordered 2 of these for Xmas gifts for our grandchildren. Because it is tin, one came dented in 2 spots. When I called Target, they said I couldn't exchange it for a new one even though we never even opened it because it is a nonrefundable item. So in other words they make you pay for a damaged item because it came from a third party. I understand it was non refundable but not our fault it was damaged during shipping. You pay Target and they don't replace a damaged item.
