There is a gap on the top edge of the cooler from the zipless closure that leaks water on anything near it; the ice melts quickly. I will be returning it.

Something most consumers may not know is that a cooler’s performance is directly related to the amount of ice placed inside it. This is the same for coolers all across the market. Results will also vary according to the ambient temperature, which is the temperature outside the bag and in the bag before filling. Many factors can impact the length of time any items stay cold or frozen, including the type of ice. Cubed ice is best, similar to what is available at most corner stores or service stations. Also, the starting temperature of the contents, the temperature surrounding the ice, etc. can all impact the melting point. Ice packs or ice substitutes with a lower freezing point are preferable on extra hot days and starting with already cold contents. Ice packs or ice substitutes can also focus the cold better than loose ice cubes. I’ve had my Titan for a little over three years and it is absolutely fantastic. This says that it will hold 16 cans, but I always put so much more stuff in it. I use it as a lunchbox as I am a diabetic and have to have my supplies with me at all times the extra pockets and mesh on the sides help me carry all types of supplies. The only problem I had was with the mesh pockets on the side. The pullout tray at the top of the cooler makes carrying stuff that you don’t want to get wet, dry and safe. I stuffed too much stuff in them and tore the mesh other than that I have no complaints.

The cooler is so so but this is my first experience with ordering anything from Target and wow. Not impressed. Cooler showed up sliding around in an oversized box. That's it. Just a box. No padding no bubble wrap no nothing just tossed in a box half again too big. I'm not sure if all the scuffs came from road rash from getting handled in shipping, or I got a used one. Needless to say I'm not that pleased with the purchase. I hate returning things and it may just go in the trash and mark it up to learned my lesson.
