Very uncomfortable!
These are the most uncomfortable underwear I have ever worn, including the mesh panties you receive at the hospital for postpartum bleeding and disposable diapers. I'm very disappointed in Always for making such an uncomfortable product for women. Seriously, the material is like wearing a thick plastic bag. I'd rather wear a bulky pad over these.

Super Absorbent, Cool, and Dry
I found these underwear to be leak-proof as advertised. I slept through the night with a heavy flow on brand new white sheets without any leaks, something I wouldn't have dared to attempt before I started investing in period underwear. However, I found them a little uncomfortable due to the fit. The package states that the small size has the same measurements as the size small Thinx and Hanes period underwear I own, but these fit more like a medium. I felt very aware of wearing them when I was out in public due to the loose fit on me, but the material was really good at staying cool and wicking away moisture. I only wish they came in XS.

But I was hoping that something like this would help me feel like I’m not wearing a pad. But it’s so thick I just feel like I’m wearing a pad so I feel like it sort of defeats the purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very comfortable and I definitely want more. I don't want a disposible product but one I can use over and over again. I wish these would have been out there when I was younger. I had very heavy periods. They hold a total of 9 tampons worth of fluids! Now I am in a different phase of life (urine leakage). These are keeping me confident and dry day and night. It also absorbs sweat. These are washer friendly but its suggested that you hang dry them. I only see the option of black right now. That's a commonly used color though. There is no indication from the outside of your clothes that you are wearing anything but typical underwear!

When I wear them I feel super comfortable and will recommend it to other people like family, and friends. These pair of underwear are super good and I know that there a bit bog but still I love them a lot!
