They gave me TWO expired prosciutto, both expired April 2026, MONTHS ago. Expired meat is highly dangerous for public health. There is no way you should even still have those available on your back stock. It was not even noted by whoever prepared the order. I noticed on the drive up and had to get down, I was not even offered to get it replaced. I got sent to grab it myself, what is the purpose of the drive up if it so inefficient and will have you come down and walk around the store? 0 stars and you should receive a visit from the Glendale Public Health department.

Leathery, Tough & Too Salty
Tastes like dried out ham, not prosciutto And the taste is abysmal. Will never try another brand that isn’t from Italy. It’s top bad Target doesn’t doesn’t Cary Citerio which is genuine tasty tender prosciutto as it should be!

Good choice prosciutto
I bought it a week ago to try and I really liked it. Not fatty at all, good flavor, and easy to separate. Used it on cheese and crackers and with asparagus and all turned out great. I just wish it came with more slices.

Taste Good! Perfect for DIYCharcuterie plate
For the price of $5.99 I thought it might come off a little expensive but as I prepare it in my platter it was actually alot! It was enough for two people. The prosciutto was individual separated by thin paper. I agree that it is a little fatty but it taste great for me. I recommend this!

This prosciutto had a pretty good flavor and I enjoyed the freshness of the meat but it was a bit too fatty. The fat on the prosciutto was a lot chewier than the rest of the meat. If you’re someone who doesn’t like chewy textures this isn’t for you.

Wheres the flavor in this?
Read some other reviews that said this prosciutto has no flavor and thought, how bad could it be? It’s bad. There really is no flavor. For the price and only getting about 6 slices of prosciutto, this is not worth it!
