MEH...very MEH! the scale is much smaller than i surmised from the photos presented online. not a bad thing for us, but still surprising. the cushions are hardly "plush" and have a weird color. about half of the leveling feet were broken. i have yet to contact the manufacturer to request replacement feet. hopefully, the replacement will be an easy transaction. even on sale, i feel like the "massive" set is too expensive!

Opened the first box and found some of the wicker was unraveling. It was on the underside, not visible when the piece was put together. It makes me concerned for the overall durability of this outside furniture considering it couldn't handle the shipping in a box with an amazing amount of foam padding without an issue. The set takes a while to put together. I ended up using an allen bit in my impact driver to speed things up. The chairs go together somewhat easy, but I encountered sections that were not square and had to be forced to line up in order to put the screw in. Not enjoyable. I'm glad they put adjustable feet on them because the fact that they aren't square allows them to rock on a level surface. A quick adjustment on the feet and no-one will know you bought the cheaper furniture. That is, until they sit in them. Dont sit down too quickly as you may get the wind knocked out of you. They leave a lot to be desired. Some people like soft cushions, others like to sit on concrete. If you like the latter, you are in for a treat. Summary- they look nice. Thats about it. The quality is not there. The comfort is, at this point, not there. Maybe a break in period? Save your money, buy a better set.

Uncomfortable. If I wasn't 3/4 of the way through putting the furniture together before I sat in the chair, I would have returned it. Putting this set together took about 5 hours. Would NOT recommend.
