About the Author
Caitlin Macdonald is a Scottish food stylist and recipe developer based in London. Having been obsessed with food for as long as she can remember, Caitlin did an online pastry course during lockdown and began working as a food stylist assistant whilst completing her Masters studies. She loves to cook using store-cupboard and affordable ingredients, always using up odds and ends to make comforting and simple recipes. Caitlin has worked with Bold Beans, Mob and Eattelfit.
