The softness of facial tissues is directly related to the amount of lint. The softer the paper, the more lint there may be. However, an excess of lint can build up on the manufacturing line. To fit this, we regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint that could drop onto products to make your you receive our best. Weewilly, we’re so sorry to hear that the tissue isn’t coming out of the carton opening as easily as expected, and we understand how frustrating that can be! We have high standards for every part of our packaging process, but it is possible that when the bundle of tissue was being inserted into the carton it could have shifted slightly, causing the issue you’re experiencing with dispensing. As you continue dispensing tissues, it should become easier to pull them out smoothly. Once there’s a little more room in the carton it should allow the bundle to shift back where it should be for proper dispensing.
