Puffs Ultra Soft are soft on skin while still being durable enough to withstand the worst cold. They’re unscented and unmedicated — perfect for any time. I prefer them to the Puff’s with Lotion because these don’t leave any residue; this means they can clean your glasses too! I won’t buy any other tissues.

Great tissue, no smell, easy packaging but it’s hard to get out when there’s not a lot left, absorbency depends and it’s great value for its price!

I absolutely love using Puffs Tissues! They are very comfortable and useful when dealing with very runny noses and sneezes. I love the character Sasha (blonde) on the box and if any commercial is to be made of her, I would love to voice her :). I am also blonde with blue eyes (and glasses) and I love wearing pink so I feel very linked with this avatar.

I was crying and used the tissue to dry my eyes as I cried. When I went to the bathroom to wash up, I had lint fibers all over my face! I looked ridiculous! I won't be using these tissues anymore for drying tears. I'm guessing the reason why they're so soft is because the fibers are brushed or something, but I also think this is what caused the lint to get stuck all over my face.

However, an excess of lint can build up on the manufacturing line. The last dozen or so boxes have consistently had issues with the 1. plys of the tissues seperating; 2. about halfway thru the box the "next" tissue stops coming out of the box resulting in having to reach in and pull the whole remaining wad of tissues out. At that point it's impossible to re-insert the remaining tissues back into the box and have them come out correctly.

After 35 years, I'm going to have to switch to another brand. I cannot find Puffs, Puffs Basic, or Puffs Simple Softness anywhere anymore. I DON'T WANT ULTRA SOFT OR LOTION TISSUES FOR EVERYDAY USAGE. GIVE US PUFFS BACK PLEASE!!!

I've used Puffs for decades. The quality has declined. Often there is only a single ply tissue, or one half folded, but every box purchased in recent months always has a small folded stack at the bottom. WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THAT? At first I thought it was a fluke, but then it kept happening with every...single...box. I'm switching to another brand until you prove those issues are fixed.

I’ve bought cases the last few times. The packaging in the cubes are very frustrating in as much as they stop popping out half way through. You then have to dig and ruin the next few to get it restarted. I’m going to stop buying if this isn’t fixed pretty quickly. Getting too expensive

After multiple strict controls to prevent this, we're disappointed to hear your tissues are folded improperly. I have used Puffs for years. Lately, I noticed the quality has declined. Now when you pull a tissue from the box, it's usually shreds of tissue. A wasted product. I will get several of these before I reach a usable tissue. Such a waste of money. Unless quality improves, I'm switching to another brand.

A dispensing suggestion that might help is to grab the edge of the tissue only, then give it a steady, even pull to get one tissue at a time. Ultra Soft is too thin and lacks coverage, so I switched to Kleenex, which feels like the original Puffs. Growing up, I always called tissues Puffs. It's disappointing to have to use the Kleenex name, as I once preferred Puffs for its quality and price, which no longer holds true.
