I've used Puffs for decades. The quality has declined. Often there is only a single ply tissue, or one half folded, but every box purchased in recent months always has a small folded stack at the bottom. WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THAT? At first I thought it was a fluke, but then it kept happening with every...single...box. I'm switching to another brand until you prove those issues are fixed.

I’ve bought cases the last few times. The packaging in the cubes are very frustrating in as much as they stop popping out half way through. You then have to dig and ruin the next few to get it restarted. I’m going to stop buying if this isn’t fixed pretty quickly. Getting too expensive

I have used Puffs for years. Lately, I noticed the quality has declined. Now when you pull a tissue from the box, it's usually shreds of tissue. A wasted product. I will get several of these before I reach a usable tissue. Such a waste of money. Unless quality improves, I'm switching to another brand.

A dispensing suggestion that might help is to grab the edge of the tissue only, then give it a steady, even pull to get one tissue at a time. Ultra Soft is too thin and lacks coverage, so I switched to Kleenex, which feels like the original Puffs. Growing up, I always called tissues Puffs. It's disappointing to have to use the Kleenex name, as I once preferred Puffs for its quality and price, which no longer holds true.

The truth is that your tissues are extremely sandpaper like. They used to be wonderful. they are small and thin. I will go back to Kleenex ultra soft.

Puffs ultra soft tissues are not soft anymore. They are less absorbent, thinner, and abrasive to the nose. You have ruined what used to be a great tissue. I used to love puffs but not anymore. It feels like your scratching your nose with wood. Shame on you for changing the puffs and ripping people off.

I love everything about the Puffs facial tissues. The tissues are super soft, durable, and super absorbent. I like to buy small packages and we have them around the house, in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and in the car. Also, the box is portable, with no scent, has a nice image design, and is always ready when needed, for running noses or just a wipe. I would recommend it, it's a great value product.

I have bought this product for a long time but have become unhappy with it now.The 2-ply tissues come apart as I try to use them. In the 124 count boxes at the bottom of the box the tissues are folded in half, so I don't believe I am getting the full 124 count.

For many years I would only purchase Puffs brand. Over the past couple of years I have probably purchased at least two or three dozen cubes. They are double ply and come apart very easily - I really wish they had the durability and quality they had for years.

I absolutely love this brand and its tissues. I use it daily regardless of the weather. It’s soft and does not leave any flaky residue on your face. It’s also strong enough to withstand a couple of uses at a time. I highly recommend this brand if you are looking for a sturdy yet soft tissue to comfort you throughout the day!

I have been buying these for quite a long time and have always been satisfied. But lately quality control is not good. I am finding many tissues cut in half lengthwise. If this continues I will have to find another brand.

I appreciate that the company wants to give you a good amount of tissues but when the first 3-4 are torn apart when you try to pull them out your packing process has much to be admired. Sadly, I’m going back to Kleenex.

We have high quality standards for every part of our packaging process, but it is possible that when the bundle of tissue was being inserted into the carton it could have shifted slightly, causing the issue you’re experiencing with dispensing. As you continue dispensing tissues, it should become easier to pull them out smoothly. Once there’s a little more room in the carton it should allow the bundle to shift back where it should be for proper dispensing. Pull the first tissue out of the box and 6 of its friends come with it. Several torn half single layers mixed in the first bunch. Frustrating and doesn’t look nice on counter. Box colors could be better.
