  • A: The same thing happened to me. I replaced the filter and the light continues to be red. Also and perhaps more importantly, I've had this less than a year and it already broke. The piece of plastic on the front of the filter with the company name on it came off and several small holes formed so anytime I use the filter water shoots out directly. This product is poor quality.

  • A: Warranty of PUR filters is of no use. They ask you to pay for the return shipping when there is any issue. This is same as the device cost.

Short Filter Life even for one person

Short filter life. I started using May 6, 2026. Now July 26, 2026 filter already flashing for replacement! I am one person using this filter. I can’t imagine a family of two or more getting enough use to justify the cost of filter replacement.

Great drinking water filtration system

This is a great filtration system that lasts and is fairly priced. Water tastes great, filters last and the system itself is sleek and looks nice attached. It’s a great value for clean drinking water and definitely saves time and money. We originally purchased one back in 2019 and it lasted us 6 years so we decided to go with this one again compared to other brands.

The design is really good. Looks much better than typical leather filter. Moreover, the maintenance is zero on this filter. It works flawlessly.
