Q: Why does the description by Target say the filter lasts 6 months when the package says 3 months?

  • A: A filter 3-pack says they last three months, a 4-pack says three months, a 6-pack says three months, but the 2-pack says six months, giving the impression the 2-pack is a different, longer-lasting filter. This needs to be corrected.

Q: When I opened my replacement filter, there was a substance on it I've seen before that looked like fine salt. Should I use it?

    Terrible new design

    These were our go to filters. They redesigned them and they are terrible. The water trickles out and takes so long to fill a cup, plus they say they need to be replaced 3 times faster then they used to. I am so tired of being taken advantage of by corporations. The redesign is clearly an attempt to push for faster replacement on the consumers end. These filters used to be amazing and although pricey were worth it. Between the ridiculous price increase and the poor more design we are thinking of moving to a whole new water system.

    You shouldn’t be drinking directly from this because it’s doesn’t remove any microbes or parasites on the water and that’s actually really bad for your stomach and your immune system
