The PUR FM2000B Faucet Mount Fitration System has two interchangable filters, the white, 2-stage faucet filters (RF-3375) and the blue, 3-stage faucet filters (RF-9999) is the final stage. In the 3rd stage of the RF-9999 filter, water is filtered over natural minerals.The RF-9999 filter also reduces PFAS.   • A: Thank you for your inquiry. On the bottom of each PUR FM2000B Faucet Mount, there are two openings: one larger opening for filtered water and a much smaller weeping hole. Because a small amount of water can collect inside the bottom of the housing, this drain port allows that water to exit safely. We go through a lot of bottled water, which makes me feel guilty since it is not good for the environment. This water filtration system is very easy to install right out of the box. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and still provides enough clearance under the filter for a glass and for washing dishes. The filter is easy to replace when needed, and the unit itself appears very durable. So far I’ve had no issues with the unit at all and really feel like the water tastes so much better. I no longer smell chlorine in my glass when taking a sip of water from my faucet.

This was a fun experiment to try and it works great.. The PUR Faucet Filtration System was easy to install and it makes it so convenient to have clean filtered water water right from the well. The water tastes, noticeably fresher and it’s a fun option when we are outside.
