  • A: There is a quality issue with the valve. Same thing happened to mine in 5 months of use. Unacceptable. I also had to purchase a new container. The previous PUR dispenser I had lasted 10 years.

Q: Why is there such a bad smell? I’ve had it for about three weeks and my filter says it’s OK. I’ve washed it out with soap and water. Let it dry before I refilled it and rinsed filter, there’s also no dishwashing instructions anywhere
